Quality Function Deployment
We created a Quality Function Deployment (QFD) matrix to figure out the most valuable customer requirements for the 3D pen. To help determine the categories, we performed research on the competitors of our products. We found what customer requirements other manufacturers fulfilled for their pen; then, we culminated the information to determine our own set of customer requirements.
